Heroes Tier List Guide
By Tian.
This tier list is made through categorizing each hero in the game on their strong and weak points, mechanics, and overall gameplay.
Highest ROI (Return on Investment)
These are heroes that have insane carry potential and the more you play them, the better they really get. They feel very rewarding after playing for like 150 – 200 + games with them. They require a much deeper understanding of the hero mechanics compared to other heroes in the tier list and may require you a really lot of games before you unlock their full potential. But once mastered, nobody can match their jungle domination.
Great Overall
These heroes are very versatile, and they can fit to any of the most team compositions, and you can perform well on them. They have a good potential to carry games, good at teamfighting due to decent crowd control, or could even take a role to support the team carries. (Note: Dun could also be on this list)
Will Hypercarry Games with Gold
These heroes will take over the game once they get their gold requirements and item powerspikes. Carry potential is great along with their damage output. They feel super strong once ahead but can easily be punished with common team comps that have decent CC.
Perfect for Teamfights
Fits almost all of the jungle picks but in this tier are the most common ones and do excel at that category. Heroes in this list are good in controlling teamfights and objectives. Their skills consist of great crowd control, disengages, shields, etc.
Strong Early/Falls off Late
Pretty self-explanatory. Good at securing early game leads and will usually help you to win early game skirmishes. They require you to get a good early game lead or else they will feel terrible and would just be used for utility/frontline.
Really Good if OTP
These heroes are like heroes in the Highest ROI category. The difference is that the skill ceiling for these heroes are not as high compared to the heroes in the aforementioned tier and they feel not as rewarding compared to the two. They can still excel at their respective strong points and can win you games but will require you a couple of games to fully scratch the surface.
Better in Main Role
These heroes are not inherently bad in the jungle but you can already tell that these heroes are indeed better at their main role/lane.
