This command will just allow you to bypass some limitations in practice mode. Moreover, Valve kept this intentionally so that players can use it.
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to bind and use the ‘noclip’ console command in CS 2:
- First, you have to enable the console in CS2. To do this, go to the in-game settings and select the GAME tab. From the menu, toggle Enable Developer Console (~), drop down, and choose Yes. You can now access the console in the game by pressing the ~ button on your keyboard.

- Now type bind “your desired button” noclip in the console and press ENTER. For example, “bind X noclip” will allow you to toggle the noclip command whenever you press X on your keyboard. You can set any button to your liking.
