xQc calls Texas streaming house “Hostile” and “Toxic”

Felix Lengyel, more popularly known as his in game name and streaming alias, xQc, is one of Twitch’s most famous variety streamers and also an ex-professional Overwatch player.

Felix has had to relocate multiple times in the past throughout his ongoing streaming career whether it may be due to swatting incidents or due to someone breaking into his house.

During his movements, there was a period when he stayed at a streamer house whose residents consisted of Sodapoppin, nmplol, Malena, and non eother than xQc’s partner, Adept.

Though he had moved out later on due to almost “daily” police swatting incidents there and in a recent stream, has opened up about the atmosphere that he was living in back there calling it extremely hostile and dramatic.

During his June 28 livestream, Lengyel was asked by his viewers, his thoughts on what Mizkif had said about ex-TSM affiliated streamer, Greekgodx, getting banned from the Amazon owned streaming platform, Twitch.

Though xQc was reluctant to talk about it at first, he soon opened up and started talking about the streaming community in Texas and what his experience around them had been.

He claimed: “There’s a lot of people that are saying ‘oh dude, Austin is so welcoming and so cool’ […] but the reality is that that’s not the case. It is extremely hostile, it’s overly competitive for no reason, it’s mega ego, and it’s mega drama. The amount of behind-the-scenes sh*t is so stacked […] it’s f**king insane the amount of drama behind the scenes.”

xQc did not mention and name and neither did he talk “specifics,” but continued to add: “I’m just saying, overall it’s not as it seems. It’s very tense, it’s dog sh*t, and I’m glad I’m not there anymore.”

Even though he hasn’t found a permanent place to stay yet, it seems clear that the juicer will not be stepping foot into Texas anytime soon given his bad experience with the place.
